Our flatbed runs every weekday from our yard at NR9 3, central Norfolk. If your site is within 30 miles, delivery is £50. Beyond 30 miles, collection from the yard is always welcome.

The bits builders ask
Can I return or cancel an order?+
No. Every beam is cut and finished specifically for you, so once we confirm the cutting list the order is final — we can't accept returns, cancellations or refunds on any cut-to-size item. Please double-check sizes, lengths and finishes in your basket before sending.
Do you supply test certificates?+
Yes. Every order ships with the mill test certificates (EN 10204 3.1) for the steel supplied — emailed to you on dispatch and available on request at any point after delivery.
What steel grade do you supply?+
All UB and UC beams are S355J2 to EN 10025-2.
How accurate is the cut?+
We cut every section to ±2 mm on length. Mitre and notch cuts can be quoted on request.
What does shotblast + paint actually mean?+
Surface preparation to SA 2.5 (near-white metal) followed by a single coat of red oxide or zinc-phosphate grey primer. Ready to topcoat on site if needed.
Can I collect from the yard?+
Yes — collection is free from our Norwich yard. Just say so when you confirm the order.
How quickly can you deliver?+
Most orders go out within 3–5 working days. Stock items with no paint can sometimes ship the next day. Add another 3–5 working days if you need hot-dip galvanising.
